In line with the most recent government guidance, Queens Arcade is open as normal.

We appreciate that your shopping experience will be different to the one you enjoyed pre-COVID but please work with us and help support each other to ensure everyone can go about their shopping needs safely and efficiently.

Some of our retailers may be operating with reduced opening hours as they build back up to “normality”. Please check always check ahead with the individual store before you plan your visit.

Our top priority is to provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our shoppers and retailers. An introduction of ‘customer protocols’, one way systems, social distancing signage and sanitising stations are being implemented to help protect against the spread of coronavirus, as well as an enhanced cleaning regime to main touch points such as lifts, benches and ATMs.Changes include:

-A one way system around the shopping centre
-Floor vinyls to demonstrate two metre gaps to be kept between people
-Sanitising stations
-The toilet facilities will remain closed for now (customers can access toilets in St David’s Food Court)
-Only one person or one family in the lift at any one time
-Queuing systems and holding areas for individual stores
-No shopping in groups
-Children must be accompanied at all times

The new measures in the centre are a foundation to build on as we move forward towards a new normality. By working together and adhering to guidance provided, you can shop safely.

We’re doing everything we can to make sure Queens Arcade reopens as a safe place to visit, shop and work during these challenging times. We are working extremely hard alongside our tenants to ensure health and safety standards and recently updated government guidance are met to minimise the spread of COVID-19.
