We will be hosting our first fundraising event for Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity. We’ve got our bikes at the ready (thanks to JD Gym Cardiff) and will be taking it in turns on the saddle to cycle as far as we possibly can in four hours.

Wednesday 21st July

11am – 3pm 

Our management team, security, retailers and marketing manager will all be doing their bit to raise money and it would be great if you could come down and support.

Their will also be a raffle, where you can win a 3 month JD gym membership, as well as a gym starter kit including exercise mat, resistance bands, water filter bottle, sports therapy massager and more.

Any donations funds to support the 73,000 children who receive treatment at the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales each year!  And the amazing charity team will be on hand to provide lots of info and answer any questions.
